Intrasia Private Client is the corporate and secretarial services arm of the Intrasia Group in Mauritius. Our services are delivered through Intrasia Corporate Services Limited, which is registered as a Company Secretary and Corporate Service Provider with the Mauritius Registrar of Companies.

We handle the application from start to finish, including all dealings with the Economic Development Board, the Passport and Immigration Office and other relevant authorities.

Where legal, tax, investment or regulated financial advice is required, we introduce clients to appropriately qualified professionals. For structures that require a licensed management company, we work with our sister company, Intrasia Management (Mauritius) Limited, which is licensed by the Financial Services Commission.​​

Final decisions on permits, bank accounts, licences and regulatory approvals rest with the relevant authorities and institutions. Our job is to prepare each application carefully, give you realistic guidance and keep you informed throughout.
Meet Herman Suhirman, General Manager​
Herman Suhirman is the General Manager of Intrasia Private Client in Mauritius. Together with the Intrasia team, he helps international investors, entrepreneurs and families establish, invest and grow through Mauritius.
​
The team handles company formation, licensing, regulatory approvals, bank account applications, corporate administration, and residence and occupation permits, and stays with clients through the whole engagement, from the initial assessment and document preparation to submission and the work that follows.
​
Herman stays personally involved at the stages that matter. He helps clients choose the right structure, works through the complex questions and makes sure the costs, requirements and next steps are clearly understood. The wider team manages the day-to-day work, coordinates with the relevant institutions and keeps clients informed.
​
Herman studied at the University of Melbourne and has professional experience in Mauritius and Singapore. He is also involved in the wider Intrasia Group's work across compliance technology and property, which gives him a broad view of what international investors and business owners actually need.
