The initial transfer of USD 375,000, or its equivalent in freely convertible currency, should be transferred into the bank account of the company under which the application will be made.

The transfer of funds is a pre-requisite for the issue of the Occupation Permit.

Dependants of Occupation Permit holders may apply for a residence permit that remains valid for the same period as the main applicant’s.

Eligible dependants include a spouse (or opposite-sex common law partner), parents, and unmarried children, including stepchildren or legally adopted children, provided they are not engaged in any form of employment.
